Bertha Bowers, of Franklin Chapter was honored on Committee Activity Night, August 8th for becoming a 25 year member. Bertha who is our present Chaplain has always been active in the Chapter. She has held many offices over the years and is always first in the kitchen to help with any dinners. The Chapter is proud and honored to have Bertha as a member. She was presented with a certificate of appreciation and a framed picture of the WV House at Mooseheart.
